IdoSell (formerly known as IAI-Shop) is a popular Polish SaaS e-commerce platform. Smartsupp is installed on IdoSell via the platform's Marketing campaigns system — you create a new custom campaign and paste the Smartsupp chat code into it. The campaign then injects the chat code on every page of your shop.
This guide is split into the following sections:
Open your IdoSell shop panel
Log in to your IdoSell shop administration panel. From the main menu, navigate to Marketing → Marketing campaigns (the menu labels may vary slightly between IdoSell versions).
Add a new marketing campaign
In the marketing campaigns section, click Add new campaign. Give the campaign a recognizable name (for example "Smartsupp chat") and choose the option to add custom HTML/JavaScript code to your shop.
Paste the Smartsupp chat code
Open the new campaign for editing. Configure where the campaign should run (typically all pages of your shop) and paste your Smartsupp chat code into the campaign's HTML/JavaScript field.
You'll find your chat code in Smartsupp dashboard → Settings → Chat box → Chat code. Copy the entire snippet and paste it into the IdoSell campaign.
Save the campaign and make sure it's set to active so IdoSell starts injecting the chat code into your shop pages.
Verify the installation
Open your IdoSell shop's homepage in a new browser tab and refresh the page. The Smartsupp chat widget should appear in the corner of your shop. Then log in to the Smartsupp dashboard to start chatting with visitors.
