UnasShop is a Hungarian SaaS e-commerce platform with a built-in Smartsupp integration. To install Smartsupp on an UnasShop store, enable the integration in Settings → External connections → Chat with the visitor and paste your Smartsupp chat key.
This guide is divided into the following sections:
Open the Smartsupp settings
Sign in to your UnasShop admin and go to Settings (Beállítások) → External connections (Külső kapcsolatok) → Chat with the visitor (Chat a látogatóval). Then click the Add (Hozzáad) button on the right side.
Activate the integration
Configure the Smartsupp integration:
Select Yes (Igen) to display the Smartsupp chat box on your store.
Copy your Smartsupp chat key from the Smartsupp dashboard → Settings → Chat box → Chat code (it's the single line at the end of the script) and paste it into the code field.
Click Save (Ment).

Verify the installation
Open your UnasShop store in a new browser tab and refresh the page. The Smartsupp chat widget should appear in the corner of your site. Then sign in to the Smartsupp dashboard to start chatting with visitors.
Tip: If the chat widget doesn't appear, clear your browser cache or open the site in an incognito window. Double-check that the Smartsupp key was copied correctly and that you selected Yes (Igen) in the integration. Still nothing? See Why don't I see the chat on my website?
