Oxyshop is a Czech e-commerce platform with a built-in Smartsupp integration. To install Smartsupp on an Oxyshop store, enable the Smartsupp module in your admin settings and paste your Smartsupp chat key.
This guide is divided into the following sections:
Open the Smartsupp module
Sign in to your Oxyshop administration and navigate to Master settings → Core settings → Modules → Other content. Find Smartsupp in the list of modules.
Enable and paste your chat key
Set the Smartsupp module to Enabled and paste your Smartsupp key into the field. You can find your key in the Smartsupp dashboard → Settings → Chat box → Chat code. Don't forget to save the settings.
Verify the installation
Open your Oxyshop store in a new browser tab and refresh the page. The Smartsupp chat widget should appear in the corner of your site. Then sign in to the Smartsupp dashboard to start chatting with visitors.
Tip: If the chat widget doesn't appear, clear your browser cache or open the site in an incognito window. Double-check that the Smartsupp module is enabled and the chat key was saved correctly. Still nothing? See Why don't I see the chat on my website?
