Mobirise is a free offline website builder for Windows, Mac and Linux that lets you create mobile-friendly Bootstrap sites by drag-and-drop. To install Smartsupp on a Mobirise site, paste the Smartsupp chat code into the page's Inside <head> code field in Page Settings.
This guide is divided into the following sections:
Open page settings in Mobirise
Open your project in Mobirise and select the page where you want to add the Smartsupp chat. Click the Pages menu, choose Page Settings, and find the Inside <head> code field.
Paste the Smartsupp code
Copy your Smartsupp chat code from the Smartsupp dashboard → Settings → Chat box → Chat code. Paste the code into the Inside <head> code field in Mobirise and save.
Note: The Inside <head> code field is page-specific — the chat will only appear on the page where you added it. To show Smartsupp on every page, repeat the steps above for each page, or use the global Site Settings head code field if your Mobirise version supports it.
Verify the installation
Publish or preview your Mobirise site and open it in a new browser tab. The Smartsupp chat widget should appear in the corner of your page. Then sign in to the Smartsupp dashboard to start chatting with visitors.
Tip: If the chat widget doesn't appear, clear your browser cache or open the site in incognito mode. Make sure you saved the code in the right page and re-published the site. Still nothing? See Why don't I see the chat on my website?
