Boxloja is a Brazilian e-commerce platform that lets you build and run an online store with a native Smartsupp integration. This guide shows you how to connect the Smartsupp live chat and chatbot widget to your Boxloja store in a few steps.

Copy the Smartsupp code
Log in to your Smartsupp dashboard and go to Settings > Chatbox > Installation > Insert code. Copy the entire code snippet.
Paste the code into Boxloja
Log in to your Boxloja admin panel, open the store settings, and find the field for integrations or custom code. Paste the Smartsupp code into the <head> section of your store and save the changes.
Verify the installation
Open your Boxloja store in a new browser tab and refresh the page. The Smartsupp chat widget should now appear in the corner of your site. Log in to your Smartsupp dashboard to start chatting with visitors.
Tip: If the chat widget doesn't show up, clear your browser cache or open your store in an incognito window. Also make sure the code was saved correctly in your store's <head> section.
