Mozello is a Latvian website builder for small businesses with simple drag-and-drop editing. To install Smartsupp on a Mozello site, paste the Smartsupp chat code into the Custom HTML (or Custom code) field in your Mozello site settings.
This guide is divided into the following sections:
Open the custom code section in Mozello
Sign in to your Mozello account, open the site editor and navigate to Settings → SEO & Sharing (or Custom HTML / Custom code, depending on your Mozello plan). This is where you'll add the Smartsupp tracking code so it loads on every page of your site.
Paste the Smartsupp code
Copy your Smartsupp chat code from the Smartsupp dashboard → Settings → Chat box → Chat code. Paste the code into the Custom HTML field in Mozello and save your changes.
Note: The Custom HTML / tracking code feature is available on Mozello Premium plans. On the free plan, you typically can't add custom JavaScript — upgrade to add Smartsupp.
Verify the installation
Open your Mozello site in a new browser tab and refresh the page. The Smartsupp chat widget should appear in the corner of your site. Then sign in to the Smartsupp dashboard to start chatting with visitors.
Tip: If the chat widget doesn't appear, clear your browser cache or open the site in incognito mode. Make sure you saved the code in the right field and that your Mozello plan supports custom HTML. Still nothing? See Why don't I see the chat on my website?
