Rocketoo is a Polish e-commerce platform with a built-in Smartsupp integration. To install Smartsupp on a Rocketoo store, enable Smartsupp in your admin settings and paste your Smartsupp chat key.
This guide is divided into the following sections:
Open the Smartsupp settings
Sign in to your Rocketoo admin and navigate to Settings → Smartsupp. This is the built-in module where you'll connect your Smartsupp account to the store.
Activate and paste your chat key
Paste your Smartsupp key into the field, switch the chat to active on your store, and click Save. You can find your key in the Smartsupp dashboard → Settings → Chat box → Chat code.
Verify the installation
Open your Rocketoo store in a new browser tab and refresh the page. The Smartsupp chat widget should appear in the corner of your site. Then sign in to the Smartsupp dashboard to start chatting with visitors.
