eBrana is a Czech CMS and web-hosting platform that lets you add custom HTML code to your website. This guide shows you how to add the Smartsupp live chat and chatbot widget to your eBrana site.

Copy the Smartsupp code
Log in to your Smartsupp dashboard and go to Settings > Chatbox > Installation > Insert code. Copy the entire code snippet.
Paste the code into eBrana
Log in to your eBrana administration panel and open the section for adding custom HTML or scripts (typically under site settings, custom code, or analytics). Paste the Smartsupp code and save the changes.
Verify the installation
Open your eBrana site in a new browser tab and refresh the page. The Smartsupp chat widget should appear in the corner of your site. Log in to your Smartsupp dashboard to start chatting with visitors.
Tip: If the chat widget doesn't show up, clear your browser cache or open your site in an incognito window. Also make sure the code was saved correctly and applied to your live site.
