Webgarden is a Czech SaaS website builder. To install Smartsupp on a Webgarden site, paste the Smartsupp chat code into the custom HTML/scripts section in your Webgarden admin so it loads on every page.
This guide is divided into the following sections:
Open the custom code section
Sign in to your Webgarden admin and open the section for inserting custom HTML/scripts (typically Settings → Custom code or HTML insertion). This is where you'll paste the Smartsupp chat code so it loads on every page.
Note: The native Webgarden plugin for Smartsupp is no longer maintained and may not work correctly on some Webgarden versions. We recommend the manual code installation described in this article instead.
Paste the Smartsupp code
Copy your Smartsupp chat code from the Smartsupp dashboard → Settings → Chat box → Chat code. Paste it into the custom code field in Webgarden and save your changes.

Verify the installation
Open your Webgarden site in a new browser tab and refresh the page. The Smartsupp chat widget should appear in the corner of your site. Then sign in to the Smartsupp dashboard to start chatting with visitors.
Tip: If the chat widget doesn't appear, clear your browser cache or open the site in an incognito window. Double-check that you saved the code in the correct field. Still nothing? See Why don't I see the chat on my website?
