Soteshop is a Polish e-commerce platform for online stores. To install Smartsupp on a Soteshop store, paste the Smartsupp chat code into the custom HTML/scripts field in your Soteshop admin.
This guide is divided into the following sections:
Open the custom scripts section
Sign in to your Soteshop admin and open the section for custom HTML/scripts (typically Settings → Configuration → Custom scripts or Tracking codes). This is where you'll paste the Smartsupp chat code so it loads on every page of your store.
Paste the Smartsupp code
Copy your Smartsupp chat code from the Smartsupp dashboard → Settings → Chat box → Chat code. Paste it into the custom scripts field in Soteshop and save your changes.
Verify the installation
Open your Soteshop store in a new browser tab and refresh the page. The Smartsupp chat widget should appear in the corner of your site. Then sign in to the Smartsupp dashboard to start chatting with visitors.
