Bluejet combines CRM and ERP, so you can track business opportunities, projects, marketing activities, customer relationships, and service in one place.
Connecting Bluejet with Smartsupp automatically saves leads from your online chat and links them to further activities or business opportunities. That way you can track the entire customer lifecycle — from the first chat message all the way to a closed deal.
Copy your Smartsupp chat code
Log in to your Smartsupp dashboard and go to Settings > Chatbox > Installation > Insert code. From the snippet, copy just your chat key — it's the long ID that appears after smartsupp('key', '...'). You'll paste this key into Bluejet in the next step.
Install Smartsupp in Bluejet
1. Open Settings. Log in to your Bluejet account and click the settings icon in the top-left corner.
2. Select Smartsupp. In the Komunikace (Communication) section, click the Smartsupp icon.
3. Paste your chat key. Paste the Smartsupp chat code (chat key) you copied earlier and pick today's date as the start date if you want to activate Smartsupp immediately. Save the settings.
Verify the installation
Open the website connected to your Bluejet account in a new browser tab and refresh the page. The Smartsupp chat widget should appear in the corner of your site. New leads from chat conversations will start syncing into Bluejet automatically.
Tip: If the chat widget doesn't show up, clear your browser cache or open your site in an incognito window. Double-check that the chat key was pasted correctly in the Bluejet settings and that the start date is today or earlier.
