Unbounce is a landing page and conversion optimization platform. To install Smartsupp on Unbounce, paste the Smartsupp chat code into Script Manager so it loads across your entire domain (or add it to a single landing page if you only need it there).
This guide is divided into the following sections:
Open Script Manager
Sign in to Unbounce and open Script Manager. Click Add a Script and select Custom Script to create a new script that loads on every page of your domain.
Paste the Smartsupp code
Copy your Smartsupp chat code from the Smartsupp dashboard → Settings → Chat box → Chat code. Paste the entire code into the script editor, set the Placement to Head, choose the domain(s) where it should load, and save.
Tip: If you only need the chat on a single landing page, open the page in the Unbounce builder, click JavaScripts in the bottom toolbar, paste the Smartsupp code, set Placement to Head, and republish the page.

Verify the installation
Open one of your Unbounce landing pages in a new browser tab and refresh the page. The Smartsupp chat widget should appear in the corner. Then sign in to the Smartsupp dashboard to start chatting with visitors.
Tip: If the chat widget doesn't appear, clear your browser cache or open the page in an incognito window. Double-check that the script is enabled in Script Manager and that Placement is set to Head. Still nothing? See Why don't I see the chat on my website?
