ClickShop is a Polish e-commerce platform that lets you add custom HTML and JavaScript to your store. This guide shows you how to add the Smartsupp live chat and chatbot widget to your ClickShop store — and includes a separate section for the older ClickShop interface.
We've broken the guide into the following sections:
Copy the Smartsupp code
Log in to your Smartsupp dashboard and go to Settings > Chatbox > Installation > Insert code. Copy the entire code snippet.
Paste the code into ClickShop
Log in to your ClickShop admin panel and open the section for adding custom code or scripts. Paste the Smartsupp code into the <head> section of your store and save the changes.
Paste the code into ClickShop (old version)
If you're still using the older ClickShop interface, the option to add custom code is in a different place. Open your store admin, navigate to the HTML or scripts section, and paste the Smartsupp code into the <head> section. Save the changes.
Verify the installation
Open your ClickShop store in a new browser tab and refresh the page. The Smartsupp chat widget should appear in the corner of your site. Log in to your Smartsupp dashboard to start chatting with visitors.
Tip: If the chat widget doesn't show up, clear your browser cache or open your store in an incognito window. Also make sure the code was saved correctly in the <head> section.
