Wedos WebSite is a Czech website builder. To install Smartsupp on a Wedos WebSite, paste your Smartsupp chat code into the Insert Header field in Page settings for each page where you want the chat to appear.
This guide is divided into the following sections:
Open Page settings
Sign in to your Wedos WebSite account and open Page settings (Nastavení stránky). Open this for the page where you want the chat to appear.
Note: The chat code must be inserted into each page where you want the chat to appear. There's no global header field shared across all pages — you'll need to repeat the steps for every page.
Paste the Smartsupp code
Copy your Smartsupp chat code from the Smartsupp dashboard → Settings → Chat box → Chat code. Paste it into the Insert Header (Vložit Header) field — the code will be inserted between the <head> and </head> tags. Save your changes.

Verify the installation
Open your Wedos WebSite page in a new browser tab and refresh the page. The Smartsupp chat widget should appear in the corner of your site. Then sign in to the Smartsupp dashboard to start chatting with visitors.
Tip: If the chat widget doesn't appear, clear your browser cache or open the site in an incognito window. Double-check that you saved the code in the Insert Header field of the page you're testing — remember, it has to be added per page. Still nothing? See Why don't I see the chat on my website?
