Quicksilk is a Canadian website builder and content management system. To install Smartsupp on a Quicksilk site, paste the Smartsupp chat code into the custom HTML/script field in your Quicksilk site settings.
This guide is divided into the following sections:
Open the custom code section
Sign in to your Quicksilk admin and open your site's Settings. Find the field for inserting custom HTML or tracking scripts (typically labelled Custom code, Header code, or Tracking).
Paste the Smartsupp code
Copy your Smartsupp chat code from the Smartsupp dashboard → Settings → Chat box → Chat code. Paste it into the custom code field in Quicksilk and save your changes.
Verify the installation
Open your Quicksilk site in a new browser tab and refresh the page. The Smartsupp chat widget should appear in the corner of your site. Then sign in to the Smartsupp dashboard to start chatting with visitors.
