How to install Smartsupp on your Clevero store — add a new tracking code in the Marketing section to enable live chat and chatbot.

Clevero is a Czech smart e-shop platform that lets you add tracking codes — like Smartsupp — through a dedicated section in the admin. This guide shows you how to install the Smartsupp live chat and chatbot widget on your Clevero store in a few steps.

Copy the Smartsupp code

Log in to your Smartsupp dashboard and go to Settings > Chatbox > Installation > Insert code. Copy the entire code snippet.

Add a tracking code in Clevero

1. Open the Marketing section. Log in to your Clevero store admin and navigate to the Marketing section.

2. Open Tracking codes. Inside the Marketing section, click on Tracking codes.

3. Add a new tracking code. Click New, enter a name (for example Smartsupp), paste the Smartsupp code into the HTML field, and save.


Verify the installation

Open your Clevero store in a new browser tab and refresh the page. The Smartsupp chat widget should appear in the corner of your site. Log in to your Smartsupp dashboard to start chatting with visitors.

Tip: If the chat widget doesn't show up, clear your browser cache or open your store in an incognito window. Also make sure the tracking code was saved correctly in the Marketing section.
