KVIKYMART is a Czech-Slovak e-commerce platform with a built-in Smartsupp integration. To install Smartsupp on a KVIKYMART store, paste your Smartsupp chat key into the dedicated Smartsupp key field in the KVIKYMART admin — no manual code insertion needed.

This guide is divided into the following sections:


Open the Smartsupp setting in KVIKYMART

Sign in to your KVIKYMART admin and navigate to SettingsConnectionsSmartsupp key.


Paste your Smartsupp chat key

Copy your Smartsupp chat key from the Smartsupp dashboardSettingsChat boxChat code. Paste the key into the Smartsupp key field in KVIKYMART and click Save settings.

Verify the installation

Open your KVIKYMART store in a new browser tab and refresh the page. The Smartsupp chat widget should appear in the corner of your store. Then sign in to the Smartsupp dashboard to start chatting with visitors.

Tip: If the chat widget doesn't appear, clear your browser cache or open the store in incognito mode. Make sure you saved the chat key in KVIKYMART. Still nothing? See Why don't I see the chat on my website?
