To use this integration you must have a verified WhatsApp Business account.
How to connect WhatsApp with Smartsupp?
- Log in to your dashboard.
- Go to Settings
- Open Integrations tab
- Find the WhatsApp icon and click on the ‘Connect’ button.

You will be redirected to the WhatsApp integration tab. After clicking the "Connect with WhatsApp" button, a new window will appear where you need to confirm your agreement to connect your WhatsApp and continue the process.

In the final step, you will see the details of the connected WhatsApp account.

Conversations within WhatsApp integration
WhatsApp conversations are counted into your general conversations volume, which you can check at the top of SmartHub or in Usage center. WhatsApp conversations are marked with a green icon, so you can recognize the source of every conversation.The reply time is 24h. After this time, it won’t be possible to reply from Smartsupp Dashboard, but you will still be able to open the conversation directly in WhatsApp to reply to it.
