What should I know before installing Smartsupp?

Smartsupp is a web and mobile application that allows online store owners and service-based websites to communicate with their visitors.

Smartsupp is self-service - what does that mean?

It means that you will install the chat on your site yourself, manage it, and change its settings independently. After installing the chat, an icon in the form of a widget will appear in the bottom right or left corner of the page. Your visitors will now be able to contact you and ask questions about products and your company 24 hours a day.

Do I need technical knowledge and skills to use Smartsupp?

Using Smartsupp does not require advanced technical knowledge and skills. The installation is done in a few simple steps by implementing the Smartsupp code on your website. You can also use installation via Google Tag Manager or other plugins. You can find the list of available integrations here.

Please note that Smartsupp is a self-service app; if you don't have the appropriate knowledge and skills, we recommend the assistance of your developer. If you intend to use more advanced solutions (e.g., API), we also recommend utilizing the expertise and skills of professionals.

 
 
 

Can I test Smartsupp before purchasing a subscription?

After creating a Smartsupp account, you can take advantage of a two-week free Trial . During this time, you have the opportunity to test all available features. After the trial, you can choose one of the paid packages or the Free version in the Billing section of your dashboard.

The Trial does not include testing newly introduced features during the duration of your subscription or using the free version.
