How you reach us depends on your plan. Free accounts have a full set of self-service resources, while paid plans (SOLO, PLUS, EXPERT, and ULTIMATE) can also chat directly with our Customer Support team.

I have a Free account

On the Free plan you can find answers anytime using our self-service resources:

Note: Live Customer Support is available only on paid plans. To chat with our team, you'll need one of our packages.


I have a SOLO or PLUS package

With the SOLO or PLUS package (Legacy: Standard), you can contact our Customer Support whenever you have a question. Just use the chat in your Smartsupp dashboard — and all the self-service resources above are still available too.


I have an EXPERT or ULTIMATE package

As an EXPERT customer (Legacy: PRO), you get priority support from our team. Contact us through the chat in your Smartsupp dashboard, and use the self-service resources above anytime as well.
