Why can’t I see the IP addresses?

The visitor’s IP address is visible in the visitor info tab. New accounts have tracking of IP addresses disabled by default. You can choose to re-enable it in Settings → General(1) → Show IP addresses of visitors (2)

After you enable the “Show IP addresses of visitors” option, just refresh the dashboard, and you’ll see the IP addresses of visitors in the visitor info tab.
