Learn how to create a unified digital hub to keep all of your contacts organized, connected, and up-to-date.

Looking for one place to collect every contact — whether they came from a chatbot, a contact form, or were added manually by an agent? That's exactly what the Contacts section is for.

We've broken the article into a few sections:


Where to find Contacts

Open Contacts from the navigation panel on the left of your dashboard. The section is available in all packages.

Note: Advanced features such as contact export are available in the SOLO, PLUS, EXPERT, and ULTIMATE plans (not in the Mira plan).


What you can do with Contacts

Contacts brings everyone who's interacted with you into a single, organized list. From here you can:

  • See all contacts collected from chatbots, contact forms, or added manually.

  • Open a contact to view their details and conversation history.

  • Tag contacts and filter the list to find the right people fast.

  • Export your contacts (on the plans listed above).
