General information about Mira AI

I want to build Smartsupp AI shopping assistant - do I need to know how to code?

You don’t need any coding skills or technical wizardry to set up your chatbot with Mira AI. It’s designed to be a simple plug-and-play solution. It takes just 5 minutes to integrate it with your store app and go live.

 
 

Where does the Mira AI learn the information from?

The Mira AI chatbot gathers information either by scraping the website URL you provided or by using the URL of your product feed. This allows AI chatbot to learn about the products you offer and provide curated shopping guidance and recommendations.

 
 

What's actually the web scrape? 

Web scraping is a process where a program automatically extracts data from a web page. In our case, web scraping is primarily used to gather information about your business, such as terms of service, terms and conditions, refund policy, additional services, blogs, and articles. You can enter up to 10 single web pages the Mira AI can learn from. This non-product related content helps AI chatbot to answer questions, which are not describing the product or provide any recommendations.

 
 

Where can I find the product feed?

Every e-commerce platform offers either an integrated solution or extensions for exporting product feeds. To assist our customers in seamless integration with MiraAI Shopping Assistant, we have provided a guide on exporting product feeds from popular e-commerce platforms. This enables the assistant to use your product information to provide guidance and recommendations to customers.

 
 

Can the Mira AI learn from the conversation?

Currently, our AI chatbot does not have the capability to learn from conversations. However, we are continually working on improving our features and appreciate your understanding.

 
 

What happens when I run out of Mira AI conversations?

You can upgrade the limit anytime while your subscription remains active. Additional AI conversations can be purchased in your Billing section. Once you update your subscription you would pay a corresponding amount based on the time until renewal date.

 
 

Can I switch to live chat from Mira AI?

All our plans support live chat handover. When live chat status is online, Mira AI can transfer customers to a human agent, allowing your support team to take over the conversation. If a visitor requests live chat, Mira AI will first collect their name, email address, and the reason of requesting human assistance. After gathering this information, Mira AI will notify your support team about a new chat. Live chat handover is available only by the condition and during the business hours you set, which can be managed and updated in the settings.

 
 

Where can I see customer conversations with AI?

a) Conversations entirely handled by AI will show up in the ResolvedChatbot tab after the visitor leaves the website. 

b) Conversations handled by an agent will be visible in the Open tab immediately after the handover.
 

 

 
 

What if the Mira AI cannot answer and I cannot be live on the chat either?

Mira AI can create tickets in the form of a chat in Smartsupp or send you an email with the conversation transcript and contact details to your preferred email address. This allows you to respond at your convenience using the support tool of your choice.

 
 

Does Smartsupp Mira AI support languages other than English?

MiraAI is built to accommodate multiple languages, including major European languages like Spanish, French, German, Italian, Czech and more. By leveraging natural language processing technology, Mira AI can understand and respond to user queries in various languages, making it perfect for serving a multilingual audience.

 
 

Does Mira AI integrate with any support tool?

For most common support tools ticket submission via email is available. You can use Mira AI's email handover feature to create tickets in your favorite tools, such as Freshdesk or Zendesk, effortlessly.

 
 

Pricing

What is the pricing model for Mira?

MiraAI is sold as an add-on with scalable pricing based on the number of conversations. A conversation is defined as an interaction where the visitor asks a question and Mira responds. The price is calculated per conversation, regardless of the package you have.

 
 

Can I test Mira during Trial?

Yes, you will have access to MiraAI during a trial period, limited to a certain number of conversations. Once this limit is reached, you will be offered a scalable add-on where you can prepay for additional conversation batches to continue using MiraAI.
