What is automatic renewal?
Automatic renewal is a payment system used by many companies for regular payments
(subscriptions). You might encounter it at your gym or when subscribing to VOD platforms like Netflix. Once you input your card or payment method details and confirm them, the automatic payment will start and repeat according to the billing period, as long as you won't turn it off.
It means your bank account will be automatically charged every month/year.
Important
Automatic renewal is a one-time agreement between you and the service provider, which allows the service provider to charge your card without requesting permission each time.
This system helps you to not forget of any payment for the subscription; however, when you want to cancel your subscription and close your paid account you must turn it off .
How does it work for Smartsupp?
During the ordering process, you are directly informed about automatic renewal. Once you confirm, your subscription will automatically renew on the exact date, unless you choose to turn it off.
