Your 14-day free trial isn't a watered-down demo. It gives you full access to the Expert plan — the highest standard plan we offer. No credit card required, no features locked behind a paywall. This is the same plan used by professional customer support teams managing high volumes of conversations every day.

That means right now, you can test everything: chatbots, AI-powered tools, team management, advanced statistics, multi-channel messaging, and more. The clock is ticking, though — 14 days goes fast. So let's make sure you explore what matters most.

If you choose SOLO or PLUS after your trial, you'll lose access to team management (groups, limited agent access), team statistics, visitor filters, automatic tagging, the Chat Box API, and priority support. If you go all the way down to FREE, you also lose chatbots, AI features, statistics, office hours, and email support. Make sure you test what matters to you before the trial ends.

Choosing Your Plan After the Trial

When your 14 days are up, you'll need to pick a plan. Don't stress — here's a simple way to think about it based on your situation.

Quick guide: Working solo with basic needs? → SOLO. Small team that needs chatbots and automation? → PLUS. Larger team needing full control, stats, and API? → EXPERT. Enterprise with SLA and custom setup? → ULTIMATE. Just testing the waters? → FREE (but with significant limitations).

FREE — Not Ready to Commit Yet

The free plan keeps your chat widget live, but it comes with serious limitations. You'll be capped at 25 conversations per month with only 14 days of conversation history. There are no chatbots, no AI features, no statistics, no office hours, no email addresses, and no customer support from Smartsupp. It's fine for a very low-traffic site where you just want a basic presence, but it's not built for growing a business.

SOLO — One Person, Real Needs (from €14/mo)

If you're a solo entrepreneur or a one-person support team, SOLO gives you everything the free plan doesn't: unlimited conversations, a full year of conversation history, detailed visitor info, basic statistics with Google Analytics, office hours, customer satisfaction ratings, up to 3 email addresses, and 50 AI Reply Assists per month.

SOLO also includes basic automatic messages so you can still engage visitors proactively — though full chatbot workflows and automation templates are only available on PLUS and above.
