Getting started with Smartsupp takes just a few minutes. In this article, you'll learn how to create your account, what to expect during the 14-day free trial, and how to complete the initial setup so you're ready to start chatting with your visitors.
We've broken the article into a few sections:
Create your Smartsupp account
Visit smartsupp.com and click any of the "Sign up for Free" buttons on the page. You'll be taken to the registration form where you need to:
Enter your email address — this becomes your account's registration email.
Create and confirm a password.
Click Sign up — you'll be redirected straight to your new account.
Tip: Remember your registration email address — if you ever need to contact our support team, we'll use it to identify your account.
Your 14-day free trial
After signing up, a 14-day free trial starts automatically. During this time you have full access to all Smartsupp features — live chat, chatbots, Mira AI, automatic messages, and more. Test everything and discover what works best for your business.
Before the trial ends, a notification bar will appear at the top of your Dashboard reminding you of the end date. To keep using Smartsupp without interruption, go to the Billing settings and choose one of our paid packages or switch to the free version.

When you first log in, Smartsupp will guide you through a few simple setup steps to configure your account based on your needs.
As the first step, you'll choose how you want to communicate with your customers:
Live chat — assist visitors in real time through the chat box on your website.
AI-powered automation — let Mira AI handle common questions and recommend products automatically.
Based on your choice, you'll be guided to set up either your live chat or your AI assistant. In both cases, you'll create a welcome message that will start appearing on your website right away.
You can edit or disable the welcome message anytime in Settings > Auto Messages > Basic Auto Messages.
