How it works
Tags appear right next to each contact in your Contacts tab, so you can see at a glance who's who:
Contacts use the same tag database as your conversations, so you don't have to manage two separate sets. You can add an unlimited number of tags to a single contact.
Create a tag for a contact
Need a new tag? Click the contact, choose Add tag, then Create:
Filter contacts by tag
Tags also make it easy to filter your contacts — pick a tag and instantly narrow the list to just those people:
