On an older Standard / Pro plan? If your dashboard only offers Standard → Pro instead of the plans above, your account is on our previous pricing. The current plans are SOLO, PLUS, EXPERT and ULTIMATE. To move to one of them, turn off automatic renewal in Settings → Billing → Subscription and write to us in the chat — we'll switch your account to the current pricing when your paid period ends.

Mira AI is an advanced AI shopping assistant that answers FAQs, recommends products, and hands off to a live agent when needed. It can be trained on your website content (up to 20 pages) and product feed (up to 50,000 products).

Mira AI is available as an add-on on all plans — from €16/mo (annual). It starts with 100 AI conversations/month, and you can increase the volume anytime in Billing.

You can combine Mira AI with any plan, for example SOLO (€14/mo) + Mira AI (€16/mo), or use Mira AI on its own: in checkout, deselect the live chat package and keep only Mira AI. On its own, Mira AI covers chat on your website; email, WhatsApp, Messenger and the other plan features need one of the plans above.

The conversation limit applies to the Free plan only — all paid plans include unlimited live chat conversations. You can watch your usage at the top of your dashboard; the Inbox warns you when only a few conversations remain, and we'll also notify you by email. Once the limit is reached, new conversations are blocked until the count resets next month — or upgrade to any paid plan to get unlimited conversations right away.
