Once installed, a chat widget appears in the bottom corner of your website. Your visitors can click it to start a conversation with you — or with your chatbot — at any time, 24 hours a day.

Add the Smartsupp code directly to your website — just copy and paste a short snippet.
Use Google Tag Manager — ideal if you already manage tags this way.
Use a ready-made plugin — available for platforms like WordPress, Shopify, PrestaShop, Shoptet, and many more.
Note: Smartsupp is a self-service app. If you're not comfortable editing your website code, we recommend asking your web developer for help with the installation. For more advanced setups (such as using our API), professional assistance is recommended.
Can I try Smartsupp before purchasing?
Yes! After creating a free Smartsupp account, you'll automatically receive a 14-day free trial with access to all premium features. This gives you time to explore the full potential of Smartsupp before deciding on a plan.
When the trial ends, you can choose a paid plan that fits your needs — or continue with the Free version. You can manage your subscription anytime in the Billing section of your dashboard.
