With the Conversation Summary feature, agents see:
A short, concise overview of the conversation
A recommended next step
When new replies are added, click Refresh to generate an updated summary and recommendations. The summary language matches the agent’s dashboard language.
Each time new replies are added, the summary must be regenerated. Summary regeneration is counted as a new usage.
Where can you find this feature?
Go to your dashboard and open the conversation you want to summarize. Click the magic wand icon and select Show Conversation Summary.
