Insert the code
You can find your Smartsupp key in Smartsupp > Settings > Chat box > Chat code.
Open your Oxyshop administration > Master settings > Core settings (1) > Modules (2) > Other content (3). Find Smartsupp (4), select Enabled and insert your Smartsupp key. Do not forget to save (5) the settings.
To chat with visitors and see them on website log in to Smartsupp.
