Refunds — how does the money-back guarantee work?

When you can get a refund, what the 15-day money-back guarantee covers, and how to request it.

Written by Michal Jindra

Changed your mind after buying a subscription? Here is exactly when a refund is possible, what our money-back guarantee covers, and how to ask for it — based on our Terms of Service.

We've split this article into a few sections:

The 15-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund for any reason within 15 days of completing your first payment for the service. No questions asked — just contact our support within that window.

💡 The guarantee applies to your first payment only, unless our Terms of Service stipulate otherwise for your case.

Renewals and later payments

Outside the 15-day window, subscription fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable. That means:

  • Renewal payments can't be refunded — including automatic renewals you forgot about.

  • Unused time can't be refunded either — there are no proportional refunds or credits for the remainder of a prepaid period.

  • If you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. After it ends, the account is blocked — contact our support and we'll switch you to the Free plan, or simply buy a subscription again.

⚠️ To avoid an unwanted renewal charge, turn off auto-renewal before your renewal date — see the Automatic renewal section in Billing or the cancellation guide. Disabling it costs nothing and your subscription runs until the end of the period you already paid for.

⚠️ Paid via the Apple App Store? Refunds for Apple payments are handled directly by Apple — you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't process Apple refunds from our side.

How to request a refund

  • 1. Contact our support within 15 days of your first payment (the chat on our website or in your dashboard is the fastest way).

  • 2. Tell us the email address your account is registered to.

  • 3. We'll confirm the refund and send the money back to your original payment method.

Refunds typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
