Where to find AI Reply Assistant
AI Reply Assistant lives directly inside the reply box in your Smartsupp dashboard — exactly where you type your messages to visitors. After you type your reply, click the magic wand icon to open the list of available actions.
How to use AI Reply Assistant
Type your reply as you normally would, then click the magic wand icon and pick one of the four available actions. AI Reply Assistant rewrites the message in place — review the suggestion, edit if needed, and send.
Grammar check — fixes typos, grammar, and punctuation while keeping the meaning intact.
Make more friendly — shifts the tone of the message to a warmer, more conversational style.
Make more professional — rewrites the message in a formal, business-ready tone.
Expand message — extends short replies (up to roughly double the length) without changing the meaning.
Note: The monthly usage limit is shared per account, not per agent. All agents on the same Smartsupp account draw from the same pool of suggestions.
