Your chat page is a standalone web page with your Smartsupp chat. Share its link anywhere you want people to reach you, and they can write to you straight away, even if the chat box isn't installed on your website.

Find your chat page link
Go to Settings → Channels → Live chat and open the Chat page tab.
You'll see your chat page link. Click Copy to copy it, or Live Preview to see how it looks.
What visitors see
When someone opens the link, your chat opens on its own page and they can start writing right away.
Where to share it
Use the link anywhere you want people to reach you, for example:
In emails and email signatures
On your social media profiles
In your own mobile app, see Chat box in your mobile app
Tip: The link is unique to your account. Anyone who has it can start a chat with you.
