Open2b is a Brazilian e-commerce platform for online stores. To install Smartsupp on an Open2b store, install the Smartsupp Live Chat app from the Open2b App Store and enter your Smartsupp chat key.
This guide is divided into the following sections:
Install the Smartsupp app
Sign in to your Open2b admin and open the App Store.
Find Smartsupp Live Chat in the App Store.
Click Install to add the Smartsupp app to your store.
Configure with your chat key
Go to the Apps area in your Open2b admin, select Smartsupp, and open its configuration.
Paste your Smartsupp key into the field and click Save. You can find your key in the Smartsupp dashboard → Settings → Chat box → Chat code.
Verify the installation
Open your Open2b store in a new browser tab and refresh the page. The Smartsupp chat widget should appear in the corner of your site. Then sign in to the Smartsupp dashboard to start chatting with visitors.
Tip: If the chat widget doesn't appear, clear your browser cache or open the site in an incognito window. Double-check that you saved the correct chat key. Still nothing? See Why don't I see the chat on my website?
