File types allowed in Smartsupp
To protect you against potential viruses, harmful software or other dangerous files, Smartsupp allows only certain types of files to be sent.
List of the allowed file types:

Maximum file size
The maximum size of the attachment in Smartsupp is limited to 20 MB.
Note: You can upload larger files to Google Drive or Dropbox and sent your customer a link via the chat.
