Fast-webstore (known in the Czech market as eshop-rychle) is an e-commerce platform with a built-in Smartsupp integration. This guide shows how to install Smartsupp on your store, connect your Smartsupp account, verify the chat widget, and disconnect the integration if you ever need to.
The guide is divided into the following sections:
Install Smartsupp from your admin
Log in to your Fast-webstore admin and go to Aplikace (Apps). Find Live chat a Chatbot in the list and open it — Fast-webstore handles the Smartsupp integration directly from this page, no code required.
Connect your Smartsupp account
On the Live chat a Chatbot page you can either create a new free Smartsupp account in a couple of clicks, or connect an existing account by pasting your chat key. You'll find the chat key in your Smartsupp dashboard under Settings → Chatbox → Installation.
Verify the installation
Once the integration is active, Fast-webstore confirms it with a success message and the Smartsupp chat widget appears in the corner of your store. Open your storefront in a new browser tab to see the chat box, then log in to the Smartsupp dashboard to start chatting with visitors.

Disconnect Smartsupp
If you ever want to stop using Smartsupp on your store — or just temporarily deactivate the integration — go back to Aplikace → Live chat a Chatbot and click Zrušit propojení se systémem Smartsupp (Disconnect Smartsupp). This removes the chat widget from your storefront without affecting any of your data in the Smartsupp dashboard.
