If you log in to your Dashboard and only see a blank page, it's usually a security setting — like a firewall — blocking one of our domains. This article shows you which domains to whitelist and how to find the one causing the problem.

Whitelist our domains
Check your security settings (for example your firewall) and whitelist all of our domains. The easiest way is to send this list to your IT department:
smartsupp.com
smartsuppchat.com
smartsuppcdn.com
Find the blocked domain
To see exactly which domain is causing the issue, open the Chrome console by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J and look for the blocked requests. This tells you (and your IT team) which domain still needs to be whitelisted.
