Webmium is a Slovak SaaS website builder. To install Smartsupp on a Webmium site, open the integrations section in your Webmium admin, paste your Smartsupp chat code, and save.
This guide is divided into the following sections:
Open the integrations section
Sign in to your Webmium admin and open the integrations or custom code section. Find the Smartsupp option (or the field for inserting custom HTML/scripts) and open it.
Paste the Smartsupp code
Copy your Smartsupp chat code from the Smartsupp dashboard → Settings → Chat box → Chat code. Paste it into the Smartsupp/custom code field in Webmium and save your changes.

Verify the installation
Open your Webmium site in a new browser tab and refresh the page. The Smartsupp chat widget should appear in the corner of your site. Then sign in to the Smartsupp dashboard to start chatting with visitors.
Tip: If the chat widget doesn't appear, clear your browser cache or open the site in an incognito window. Double-check that the Smartsupp code was saved correctly. Still nothing? See Why don't I see the chat on my website?
