eStudio is a Czech e-commerce platform built on the Reflex system. Smartsupp is added to your eStudio store by pasting the tracking code into the platform's Tracking codes field — either by yourself, or by emailing the code to the eStudio support team. This guide walks you through both options.

Get the tracking code from Smartsupp
In your Smartsupp dashboard, open Settings → Chat box → Installation. Click Insert script to expand the tracking code, then Copy the entire snippet to your clipboard.
Add Smartsupp to your eStudio store
You have two options:
Self-install — log in to your eStudio admin (Reflex), go to MARKETING → Tracking codes, and paste the copied tracking code into the Header code field. Save the changes.
Ask eStudio support — if you'd rather not edit anything, simply email the tracking code to the eStudio support team and they'll set Smartsupp up for you.
Verify the installation
Open your eStudio store in a new browser tab and refresh the page. The Smartsupp chat widget should appear in the corner of your store. Then sign in to the Smartsupp dashboard to start chatting with visitors.
