Mira AI product cards and price display

Learn how Mira AI recommends products with product cards in the chat, where to manage recommendation settings, and how the price badge works.

Written by Michal Jindra

When Mira AI recommends products, your visitors don't see plain links — they get product cards right in the chat: a photo, the product name, a short description, and a button leading to the product page. And with the latest update, also the product price.

Good to know: Product recommendations require an active Mira AI subscription and at least one connected product feed.

We've broken the article into a few sections:

What visitors see

Mira recommends products as interactive cards. Each card shows the product photo, name, and a short description, plus a button that takes the visitor straight to the product page. When Mira recommends several products at once, the cards form a swipeable carousel.

If the product's price is available in your product feed, it appears as a small badge in the top-right corner of the product image — visitors immediately see how much the product costs, without leaving the chat.

Product recommendation settings

Everything related to product recommendations lives in one place. Open your AI agent's builder and go to Knowledge base → Products. The section contains:

  • Product recommendation — decide how actively Mira should recommend products: No recommendation (Mira won't recommend products), Curated recommendation (recommends only when relevant), or Engaging recommendation (actively suggests products to help visitors discover more — the recommended option).

  • Show product prices — a toggle that controls the price badge on product cards. It is turned on by default for all accounts.

  • XML Product feed — manage the feeds Mira recommends from: add a feed, set its update interval, or switch it off.

💡 The Products section replaces the former XML Product feed section in the AI Builder — feed management works the same as before, it just moved here together with the recommendation settings.

How the price badge works

  • The price comes from your product feed and is displayed exactly as provided there, including the currency.

  • If a product has no price in the feed, the badge simply doesn't appear — the card itself still works as usual.

  • Don't want to show prices? Turn off Show product prices in Knowledge base → Products and Mira's product cards won't display any prices.

💡 The price badge appears on cards Mira creates from your product feed. Product cards created from plain links (pasted into a conversation, a Flow, or an automatic message) take their content from the page and don't display a price badge — see Product cards.
