Mira AI can answer your visitors' questions about whether a specific product is in stock — pulling real-time availability straight from your product feed. Ask "Is washing machine XX in stock?" and Mira replies with one of three clear statuses.

Before you start
Stock availability uses the availability data from your XML product feed. Without a feed, Mira can't answer "is it in stock?" questions.
Heuréka feed: Mira reads the
DELIVERY_DATEtag — 0 = in stock, 1–7 = available within a week, anything else / missing = unavailable.Google Merchant feed: Mira reads the
availabilitytag —in_stock/in stock= in stock;out_of_stock,preorder,backorder, etc. = unavailable.No availability tag? The product defaults to "not immediately available".

How stock availability works
Visitors ask a direct product question — for example, "Is washing machine XX in stock?" — and Mira responds with one of three statuses based on the feed data.
Status | When Mira shows it | What the visitor sees |
✅ In stock | Heuréka: | "The product is in stock" |
🕐 Available within a week | Heuréka: | "The product will be available within 1–7 days" |
❌ Unavailable | Heuréka: other value or missing tag | "The product is not immediately available. Please check the website for more details." |
Current limitations & feedback
Stock availability is still evolving. Here's what it can and can't do today.
Note: Mira can answer direct product-specific questions ("Is the XX washing machine in stock?") but not general queries like "Which washing machines are in stock?" or "Show me everything that's available". This functionality is currently under development.
