WiziShop is a French SaaS e-commerce platform. To install Smartsupp on a WiziShop store, paste the Smartsupp chat code into the custom HTML/scripts section in your WiziShop admin.
This guide is divided into the following sections:
Open the custom code section
Sign in to your WiziShop admin and open the section for inserting custom HTML/scripts (typically Configuration → Tracking codes or External services). This is where you'll paste the Smartsupp chat code so it loads on every page.
Paste the Smartsupp code
Copy your Smartsupp chat code from the Smartsupp dashboard → Settings → Chat box → Chat code. Paste it into the custom code field in WiziShop and save your changes.

Verify the installation
Open your WiziShop store in a new browser tab and refresh the page. The Smartsupp chat widget should appear in the corner of your site. Then sign in to the Smartsupp dashboard to start chatting with visitors.
