Upgates is a Czech SaaS e-commerce platform. To install Smartsupp on an Upgates store, find the Smartsupp addon in the Addons list and paste your Smartsupp chat code into the "Codes places on all pages" section.
This guide is divided into the following sections:
Open the Smartsupp addon
Sign in to your Upgates project administration and go to Addons → Addons list. Search for Smartsupp and open the addon.
Paste the Smartsupp code
Copy your Smartsupp chat code from the Smartsupp dashboard → Settings → Chat box → Chat code. Paste it into the Codes places on all pages section of the Smartsupp addon and save your changes.

Verify the installation
Open your Upgates store in a new browser tab and refresh the page. The Smartsupp chat widget should appear in the corner of your site. Then sign in to the Smartsupp dashboard to start chatting with visitors.
