Want to engage your audience better in the chat box and lift your conversion rate? Product cards let you showcase your products and present key details effortlessly — instead of a plain URL, visitors see a neat product preview.

How does it work?

Setting up product cards couldn't be easier: send a link (offers, promos, special deals, etc.) into a conversation in your dashboard, or insert links into your chatbot and automatic messages. The link then transforms into a captivating product card. Product cards are even activated in the pop-up message.

If you wrap the URL in quotation marks " ", no card is created and the plain link is sent instead. This is handy when you only want product cards in specific places in your chatbot.


Tips & good to know

💡 Tip: If you send more than one URL in the chat, you get a product carousel.

If no information is found at the link's URL, a blank tab is displayed instead.

💡 Tip: The "Read more" text on the product card can be changed in the chat box texts here.

🟡 Info: The limit for sending product cards (from both sides) is 20 URLs. Changes to your OG tags take effect within the next 24 hours.
