Setting Up Mira AI Welcome Message
Mira can greet your website visitors with either an AI-generated welcome message or a custom message you write—no need to combine it with the AI chatbot. Everything can be triggered automatically.
How to Enable a Welcome Message for Mira?
1. Go to the AI Builder and select one of your AI chatbots. Open the Welcome Message tab.
2. Enable the Welcome Message. Toggle the AI Welcome Message switch.
3. Choose a Message Type:
AI-Generated Welcome Message (A.)
Automatically adapts to your selected tone using your Knowledge Base and Behavior settings. Each message may vary slightly.
Custom Welcome Message (B.)
Write your own greeting in the provided text area.
Language Settings
You can:
Set a default language.
Enable Translate Welcome Message to automatically adapt the language based on your visitor’s location.
Advanced Settings
Define when the message is shown. By default, it appears after a visitor stays on your site for a selected period of time.
