FASTcentrik

Learn how to add Smartsupp to your FASTcentrik store via the platform's built-in plugin (maintained by FASTcentrik) — or fall back to manual installation if the plugin isn't a fit.

FASTcentrik is a Czech e-commerce platform. Unlike most platforms in our directory, the Smartsupp plugin for FASTcentrik is developed and maintained by FASTcentrik themselves — so the smoothest path is to use their built-in integration. If you run into issues with the plugin, FASTcentrik support is the right place to ask. As a fallback, you can always paste the Smartsupp tracking code into your store's HTML manually.

Note: FASTcentrik develops the Smartsupp plugin themselves. For any questions about how the plugin behaves inside FASTcentrik, contact FASTcentrik support directly. If the plugin isn't a good fit for your store, we recommend the manual installation instead.


Activate Smartsupp through FASTcentrik

Open your FASTcentrik admin and locate the Smartsupp integration in the marketing or apps section. The exact path may vary by FASTcentrik version — if you can't find it, ask FASTcentrik support for the current location. When you activate it, the plugin will ask for your Smartsupp account details and inject the chat code into your store automatically.

Manual installation (fallback)

If FASTcentrik's plugin doesn't work for your setup, you can install Smartsupp manually by pasting the chat code into your store's HTML <head> section. Follow the universal installation guide — it walks you through getting the chat code from your Smartsupp dashboard and adding it to any website.


Verify the installation

Open your FASTcentrik store in a new browser tab and refresh the page. The Smartsupp chat widget should appear in the corner of your store. Then sign in to the Smartsupp dashboard to start chatting with visitors.
