Contact properties let you store extra, business-specific information about your contacts — beyond the default name, email, and phone. Capturing the details that matter to your business helps you segment contacts, personalize follow-ups, and improve your conversion rate.

Available in: the SOLO package. To collect them with the Leadgen chatbot, you need the PLUS, EXPERT, or ULTIMATE package (Legacy: STANDARD, PRO, Ultimate).

What are contact properties?

Contact properties are custom fields attached to a contact, where you can keep the information that's relevant to your business — for example a company name, plan, order value, or any other detail you want at hand. They sit alongside the standard contact fields and give you a fuller picture of each person who reaches out.

With this extra context you can group similar contacts together, tailor your messages, and focus on the leads that matter most.


Collect them with the Leadgen chatbot

You can have the Leadgen chatbot ask visitors for specific details and save the answers straight into their contact properties — so the information is gathered automatically, even when you're offline. This requires the PLUS, EXPERT, or ULTIMATE package.
