You don't have to wait for visitors to reach out — you can start the conversation yourself. There are two main ways to do it: a pre-chat form and proactive messages.
Available in: the SOLO, PLUS, EXPERT, and ULTIMATE packages (Legacy: STANDARD, PRO, Ultimate).
Note: The visitor list in your dashboard doesn't currently offer sorting or filtering options.
We've broken the article into a few sections:
Visitor list
The Visitors section shows you in real time who is currently browsing your website. You’ll find it in the main navigation of your Dashboard.
Click a visitor to open their profile with more details. From the profile you can also block the visitor. Detailed visitor information is available on all paid plans (SOLO and up).
Pre-chat form
A pre-chat form lets visitors share some information — like their name or email — before they start chatting with you. It's a simple way to know who you're talking to from the first message.

Proactive messages
Proactive (automatic) messages start a conversation without waiting for the visitor to contact you first. You can have them appear on specific pages, or after a visitor has spent a certain amount of time on your website — a great way to offer help at just the right moment.
