This feature is available in all packages. Only SOLO, PLUS and EXPERT (Legacy: STANDARD and PRO) and ULTIMATE (Legacy: Ultimate) can then publish the chatbot.

This enhanced chatbot will help you with increased sales. Once your visitor is interested in a specific product, the chatbot can offer them a smooth handover to another chatbot who is more specialized in that area.

For example: A visitor shows interest in swimwear, the current chatbot redirects them to another bot who is an expert in beachwear such as beach dresses and hats, thereby increasing the potential for a larger purchase.
